This time I wanted to make something from an actual concept instead of a real object.
I took a lot of inspiration from the modeling and texturing techniques of games like Fortnite, Overwatch and other stylized game.
I’d say stylized is not my strength, but I wanted to try it!
I also managed to rig it and try animating for the first time to give it some spice!
I’m very happy with how it came out at the end, knowing I can constantly improve on essential aspects such as texturing and modeling.

The Chimneys are a series of 26 hearth and brick remains in three parallel rows that are found nearby the main Stafford plantation house. The site is undergoing restoration treatments and our 3D survey was performed prior to that work, digitally documenting and preserving the site for archival purposes. Our 3D work is additionally assistive with preservation planning and supportive of management needs, and can be utilized for structural repair documentation, monitoring, and condition assessment. Using these models, 3D prints can also be made to examine construction techniques in tactile ways.
