Breamore House is an Elizabethan Manor completed in 1583 set above the picturesque village of Breamore, overlooking the Avon Valley on the edge of the New Forest in the United Kingdom. Breamore is a perfect example of an E-shaped Elizabethan manor house. The man responsible for building Breamore was William Dodington, who was married to the sister of Elizabeth I’s spymaster, Sir Francis Walsingham. The Dodingtons remained at Breamore until 1748 when the house became the family home of Edward Hulse, doctor to Queen Anne, George I, and George II. It remains the Hulse family home to this day. Just outside the main house is a striking tower that looks at first glance like a church tower, complete with a cupola. It is, in fact, a water tower, made when the Victorian Hulse’s brought running water into the house via a gravity-fed water system. A faraam armour knight I created for my Masters degree final year project. Based on the concepts and artwork of the Faraam Armour from Dark souls 2 & 3. The character is around 70k polys, with about 30k of that being hair cards. Sculpted in Zbrush and retopped in 3ds Max, textured in Substance Painter and Designer. Hair cards were created using Maya Xgen. Since YuGiOh MasterDuel was released I instantly fell back in love with the cardgame I grew up with 😍 At first it was hard to catch up with the fastpaced playstyle nowadays, but its still a blast - no better way to pay Tribute than recreating the bossmonster of the deck I’m currently using ✌ The modelling was a very good practice for situations, where the references aren’t necesserily angled perfectly.
