The 3D model presents a digital reconstruction of solid and riveted rings of archaeological mail armour. To create 3D models of the rings, we used polygonal modelling functions of Blender software. In order to record the relevant measurements of the mail rings, we used a list of parameters. This list includes 11 parameters for a riveted ring and four parameters for a solid ring. The accuracy of the digital replicas of the rings was 0.01 mm. The 3D model presents a digital look of a historical costume from a Russian lubok print “A dwarf and a dwarfess” dating to the 18th century. The costume was made for a theatrical performance «Indecent is decent» (Ivanovo State Museum of Local History named after D.G. Burylin, October 30, 2019 – March 1, 2020). The 3D reconstruction was made by using historical block patterns, 2D scans of textile materials and 3d scans of contemporary actors. Anthroscan, Clo3D, SubstancePainter and Unreal Engine 4 software programs were used.

This is a digital 3d model of a waist chainmail skirt. The skirt can be wrapped around the ribcage or the waist of the character, offering protection to the vulnerable organs of the belly and the lower back (kidneys and spine). It is made of iron rings, interconnected to form a thick and resistant chainmail, yet it is light. Ideal for characters that need to move fast, or those who have less strength.
The skirt has a very small number of polygons. All the details, such as the buckles and holes, are constructed through the textures.
Textures come in 4K for perfect closeups.
This product will achieve realistic results in your rendering projects, being greatly suited for close-ups due to their high quality topology and PBR shading 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 728 polygons.

https://www.artstation.com/artwork/8eQWvq
It was quite a challenge due to its particular design as well as the subtle hue shift in the concept. It was super interestingand I learned quite a lot from it! I tried my best to make it fit in some kind of Handpainted Diablo-like game! Maybe it could be a dungeon boss !?!
Many Thanks to Annie Kwon who was kind enough to give me great feedback on the painting part!

The principal motif is a tonsured abbot standing dressed in a cowl; his halo indicates that he is a saint, standing with his abbot’s staff in his left hand and a buring torch as his emblem in his right. The staff, baculus was carried as the symbol of the pastoral duty.
There has been some despute to the identification to the person on the bench end, some say he cannot be identified while others have suggested the abbot to be St. Brendan, as his emblem in german documents is a burning torch, and St. brendan can be related back to Kirkjubø.
In the rounded top panel sits St. Olav enthroned. with a halo, crown, his long handed axe in his right and and the earth/orb in his left.
The small escutcheon above where the olique desk top would have been is the faroes coat of arms of the ram.
In the rounded upper top panel we find Erik of Pomerania’s Nordic Coat of Arms, the three crowns.
Dimension: 138 x 44 x 7 cm.

This digital reconstruction depicts an early medieval brooch found in 2022 by a metal detectorist in Wiltshire - United Kingdom. The brooch was made using a coin (penny) dating to the early 1050s CE during the reign of Edward the Confessor (1042-1066).
Interestingly it was the reverse side of the coin that was displayed when the brooch was worn - presumably because it had crosses on it and as such was a form of religious badge.
