I was looking back on my older work and decided I wanted to have another go at making an evolve based monster. Owning the art book I decided to develop a concept by Stephen Oakley of the Goliath (of which didn't make it into the game). Having only one picture to go on has been a real challenge, but has been great fun and an awesome learning process. Hey, here is submission for Artstations Dragon’s Rise challenge.
I had limited time in the last 2 weeks of this challenge so Ameliye isn’t actually finished yet, but she’s close. I believe I can push her rendering abit more and push some elements. I’m also planning on giving her a stand with her banner after the challenge has ended.
