  Forest Demo 3D Model 2023-11-03
Made a separate vanilla minecraft build using similar technique on making trees and plants from my previous cambodian build. Wanted to share this to show how detailed forest can be without using any resourcepacks and mods.   Used a lot of floating / combined plants for detailing. (the project on Artstation) Recently, I reread my favorite manga Blame!, and started reading Berserk. I felt inspired to play around with procedural shader generation in a manga style. Initially, I modeled this corridor to test the shader, but gradually, it became more detailed. I decided to share my progress. The entire scene is handled by just two procedural shaders - one for the tree and one for everything else. However, for Sketchfab, I had to optimize the scene and bake the texture. I modeled all the geometry except for the tree. I added the tree at the last moment to ‘enliven’ the scene.
