Ballerina character made for a Creature Creation/Advanced Modeling class. The original concept was based on Orianna from League of Legends and some Swan Lake/Ballerina themed fanarts of said character. This character was a lot of fun to make and also very challenging. Sculpting and anatomy are not my strong suit which is why when forced to make a creature/character, I chose a more robotic, hard surface type of character. This is a complete guide on how we created this stylized viking asset. We used a mix of Blender, Zbrush, and Topogun for the modeling section. The model was then textured in Substance painter and finally rendered in Blender 3 with the help of the compositor.
This is the Blend.file That contains everything we created in our YouTube video. This is a packed Blend file and has been cleaned up. This makes sure there are no unnecessary files, materials, etc. Everything in the Blend.file is also organized into collections and named correctly.
