A low poly semi derelict factory, based on textures i found on www.textures.com. I photobashed a bunch of textures in substance painter to give life to this low poly model. Its intended use is for background objects in scenes, no neccasarily meant for close up renders considering how low poly it is. I needed new houses to the scene / level I’m developing in unreal I’ve seen some concept art online that was basically a multi-stage inn that was made out of a ship with the bottom of the ship being the top of the inn. I took that idea and made a different house. I didn’t really like that, it’s probably the proportions that I still can’t get right, so I made 2 variants and added giant oars, imagined a sotory of 2 old pirates who left stranded after the rest of their crew died and they decided to cut everything they have in half that’s how they made their houses from the 2 halves of the boat, and became fishermen for the nearby town.
