The helmet belonged to Wilson (Jake) Crawford. He had 30 years of service. Many of those years was at Station 32 in Broad Ripple (which is now on the historic register). He went up through the ranks to Captain. He was chauffeur for Jesse (Boots) Hutsell (Division Fire Chief) around 1970 and then spent his remaining years at Station 14, near the Children’s Museum. He passed away suddenly the year he was to retire (Sept. 1979). This item was 3D scanned using a Creaform Go Scan 50. Exchange files included: FBX and OBJ with HI and LO poly versions, 3DS only with LO poly version.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The model has 173.000 polygons with subdivision level at 0 and 193.000 at level 1.
All textures are included and mapped in all files but they will render like the preview images only in 3DSMax and Blender versions with V-Ray and Cycles respectively, the rest of the files might have to be adjusted depending on the software you are using.
