Just like most of the IKEA products, this mannequin is simple, elegant and also functional. It can be a big plus for interior design, a great toy for children and also a model for designers. It is fascinating how this simplistic model could become a meaningful object for many people. For example, as seen from the review section on the IKEA product page, a first-grade teacher bought this model and used it as a tool to gather children’s attention during class, someone gave this mannequin as a gift of encouragement to a young artist and Airbnb hosts bought it for holding up welcome signs, wi-fi passwords, and other messages for guests to their homes etc.

I tried to stick to simple colours, and give it a bit more texture than just being flat, while still keeping the look. I’ve always been a sucker for glowing mushrooms. Or glowing anything.
