The character blockout and sculpt were done in ZBrush, retopology in Blender and CozyBlanket, baking in Marmoset Toolbag 4, texturing in Substance Painter and 3DCoat, and finally rigged and animated back in Blender! A little fan art bust of Sylvanas I’ve done for the 3D Bust Challenge.
I really struggled to squeeze this in between uni work and other projects so it’s a little rushed and there are a lot of things I want to change (and finish). Still, I’m happy I managed to get something done before the deadline and it surely was a fun project I learned quite a lot from!
Hopefully in the near future, I’ll have some time to polish the textures and make a proper low poly model.

Model based on the amazing Derek Laufman , Love his style and thought this would be a good character to modeling.
Had a lot of fun with this model and learn a lot, tried to improve a bit more my hand painted skills with him doing some metal and wood tests.
The model was made in zbrush , retopo and UV’s in Maya and Textures with Substance Painter.
Model has 12.7k without the outline and base.
