During the construction of a new riverside wall in 1962 in London, the remains of an interesting ship were found. Dating evidence from the timbers and a coin found in the mast step placed the ship as likely being built, and sunk, during the Roman period, specifically in the 2nd Century CE. However, the ship was constructed in the Celtic tradition. The reconstruction is based primarily on the excavation report by Peter Marsden published by English Heritage, “Ships of the Port of London – First to eleventh Centuries AD”. It contained detailed drawings of the remains and reconstruction drawings. Where no evidence remained, such as for the sails and the rear of the ship, Roman period iconography and other Roman period shipwrecks from northern Europe were used as inspiration. The sail plan is based of the Torlonia relief, and the nearly intact mast of a Roman period ship found in Bruges, Belgium. I fully designed this rocket. This design does not exist, it is a mix between Ariane 5, and the American space shuttle launcher. The engine is entirely modeled and the nose cone contains a satellite, read the animation to observe them. The UV are developed, the 3D model is accountable with any game engine or other 3D software. High quality polygonal model. Models resolutions are optimized for polygon efficiency. Textures are available in 8K. The biggest part of the rocket is subdivision ready if you want a close film. 3D scan of a Eastern moa (Emeus crassus) skeleton from the Pleistocene. Moas are extinct birds that lived on New Zealand. This skeleton was gifted to the museum by Dr. Julius Ritter von Haast. This specific skeleton is housed backstage, but complete skeletons of both a giant moa (Dinornis maximus) and another Eastern moa are number 77 of the NHM Top 100 and can be found in Hall 30 of the NHM Vienna. Three more skeletons of different moa species (Dinornis struthioides, Dinornis elephantopus and Dinornis gravis) are displayed in the Ice Age (Eiszeit) corridor. Paimio Sanatorium is a former tuberculosis sanatorium in Paimio, Southwest Finland, designed by Finnish architect Alvar Aalto. Aalto received the design commission having won the architectural competition for the project held in 1929. The building was completed in 1933, and soon after received critical acclaim both in Finland and abroad. The building served exclusively as a tuberculosis sanatorium until the early 1960s, when it was converted into a general hospital. Today the building is owned by Turku University Hospital but is not functioning as a hospital; rather, the building has functioned as private rehabilitation center for children since 2014.
