I hit bad performance due to the number of keyframes, which is about 800, the performance issue is perhaps due to the way sketchfab processes keyframes / interpolates them. Made this floating island with a lighthouse in 5 days trying to be done by the end of the week. And I gotta say, this was a marathon. Were a lot of troubles with baking, making fine details. If I had more time I would probably did separate bakes, but not this time. So, about the model: it’s a handpainted lowpoly with baked map from a highpoly. Triangles count: 27,5K. I was going with anime style (Miyazaki movies) and for reference I used artworks of Jim Shore (“Benatrex - Shorelights”), you’ll notice the lighthouse that I recreated.

This is my model for the first week of the #SketchfabWeeklyChallenge.
As you may know, the topic was “potion”. I was thinking about modelling a simple potion for a while, but then decided to try something more elaborate.
My idea was to model a beverage vending machine but instead of normal drinks, you can buy (very cheap) potions.
