I was aiming for a Warcraft look (as in Frozen Throne, not necessarily WoW) with limited resolution hand painted textures.
Glow FX were originally done as billboard planes, flickering was achieved by randomly rescaling them; the little bat and moving candle flames were animated by shifting UV - as these techniques are currently unavailable on Sketchfab I edited them out and left a static model with no billboard tracking. As a countermeasure, to make it look better when rotated, I added a tiny tad of postprocessed bloom. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 2694 polygons.

This is my own concept. this is first one verse in upcoming my series of multiverse enviroment design.
i 3D modeled and colored the scenes and elements using materials, I used emissive channel to make elements glow.
