It featured multiple turrets and earned the nickname “land battleship”. While it was the only five-turreted heavy tank to enter production, it suffered from slow speed and mechanical unreliability. Interestingly, most of the T-35 tanks that were still operational during Operation Barbarossa were lost due to mechanical issues rather than enemy action. 1942 khaki battle dress blouse. This new style of jacket was developed for better manouverabillity with the increased introduction of motorised vehicles to the military. There are 2 hook and eye fastenings on the collar of the jacket with 5 metal buttons running down the right-hand side of the jacket. There are 2 pockets on either breast fastened with a plain button. On the top of either sleeve is a Cornwall badge in red, and directly brlow is a blue patch with a yellow dragon detailing. There is a slight spot of discoloration on the bottom of the breast pocket on the right- this almost looks like some sort of bleach stain. Inside the jacket is a label that reads “Battledress Blouses, Serge. Size no 6.” And the date stamp is June 1942. This item originates from the collection at Bodmin Keep Musuem, Cornwall, UK. Like for real. I had a lot of fun though! Especially the texturing process really brought her to shine! I did struggle quite a lot with the face though, and it still didn’t quite turn out as I wanted it to. However, I think it turned out neat overall. Original concept is by JIANFENG XING on Artstation!
