This model is a show case model of the project I am working on: a complete scientifically accurate anatomical rat model. In this slot I will add additional veins, arteries, nerves, ligaments and the multifidus muscles. When finished it will be for sale in several increments. These are the vertebrae of the neck, including the first two vertebrae of the torso, the T1 and T2. The colors you see are derived from the actual vertebrae I have here and although they are not completely accurate regarding place, they do show the placed where ligaments and muscles where attached. This is it my first game character I make in 3D, and I finally finshed :D After months studying with the course Anatomy of Rafael Souza (And another ones along the way, like game hair, render on marmoset, etc), I have finally finished this piece, where I made it everything from the scratch, trying to capture the concepts from Prince Of Persia Warrior Within (One of my favorites games, hope Ubisoft make another game). This was the hardest piece I’ve ever worked on, where many time I haved to redone some parts to get it right, but it was very fun to learn all the techniques (in sculpting and real-time) necessary to make it. This took me a while, it was a very bussy year me for having fun enough. Still I managed to finish it (or I hope). I will be uploading OC’s.instead of more FanArt in the future. This was a really fun practice tho, I really wanted to study this interesting rig setting. The model is far from being exact (nor in colors or shape) from the movie model (Megan walker’s) I realized too late. Still I really loved how she looks and I’m really proud of how much I learned from this exercise! I animated her way too flirtatious, as the original wouldn’t act like that, would be just very funny and adorable instead :)!. (I’m guilty of exploring her hips capability) NO MATTER WHAT: I hope you enjoy to watch it!. Movie comment: I really enjoyed the movie!, most in my native lenguage rather than original. This little bird nursery was a project to further push my understanding and skills of the handpainted game art pipeline, from concept to having a finished model. In this case, I also wanted to explore how to blend different terrain textures into each other, and how to generate grass with a particle system instead of placing them all by hand like in my previous props. I’m happy it worked the way it did! In order to get this on Sketchfab I even got some additional practice: Baking said ground textures onto the ground plane, and converting my grass particles into actual geometry. Merging those then ended up making my file twice the size - but “compressing” it brought it down again. Lots of mini-roadblocks, but here it is!
