Here is my project for the 6 props assignment in SGD 214. For this project I chose a to do a medieval fantasy study room theme. The props I chose are a candlestand, globe, scale, candle holder, locked book, and a hourglass. My inspiration for these props came from an old intrest in strange tabletop items like globes, hourglasses, and scales. I remember as a kid staring at maps and fiddling with hourglasses watching the sand dribble down to each side. As I am a huge fan of cultural heritage and ancient relics, I decided to create a full body visualisation of Neferteti with Metahuman and Unreal 5. While working on that, it came to my mind remake the well known bust with focus on the clothing, since the bodymesh wasn’t created by me. But I created all the accessoires and clothes, using Cinema 4D, Blender, Zbrush and Substance Painter.
