There are also two types of candles, the first with brand new unused candles and the second with partially burned candles. The chandelier is hung on a long chain finished with a hanging fixture. It features a peculiar body measuring 10 to 15 cm in length and weighing 500 grams, which prevents it from performing flights. Its body, mostly devoid of feathers, has a dorsal region, wings, and the tip of its tail covered in bright blue plumage that emits light in the darkness of the night.
Insects and Larvae Trap:
The feathers on the antennae have specialized structures that secrete a sweet and enticing scent to attract nocturnal insects and larvae. When the insects are drawn in by the light and the scent, they become trapped in the feathers of the antennae, which function as a natural trap. This provides an additional food source for the Luminaves, ensuring a constant supply of nutrients.

Emblematic helmet from the upper English middle age (VII century) this piece is believed to have belonged to King Rædwald of East Anglia, one of the eight Bretwaldas of Britain (the fourth). It was discovered in a large funeral boat covered by a tumulus. A victorian era fruit plate from my victorian still life.
It was done in Blender, Substance Designer, Substance Painter and 3D Coat.
To create the engravings on the plate, I modeled and rendered the shapes in Blender as a height map and used them as a brush in sculpt mode with radial symmetry in Blender and as an alpha with radial symmetry in Substance Painter.
The translucency material for the grapes was a little tricky in realtime render engines and since I didn’t like the SSS result in Sketchfab, I used refractive opacity to fake the translucency 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 29182 polygons.

A simple elaborate watered silk dress, in brown with a purple checked pattern being visible throughout. The silk has started to shatter, indicating the age and fragility of the garment. The cuffs on both of the sleeves are slightly worn and showing some evidence of wear.
There are hook and eye fastenings up the back of the dress, which would have been easier to fasten by the woman on her own, possibly indicating that she didn’t have someone available to dress her. The dress overall is incredibly modest, which could simply be indicative of the time period, along with that of the status of the woman wearing it. There is potential for this dress to have belonged to a wet nurse who was employed by a wealthy family to feed the babies.
