Turns out it’s not that hard to achieve an authentic handpainted look. I’ve done a ton of researching and studying, and I’ve found a style that seems to really work when creating 3d ghibli-style scenes using Substance Painter. These techniques can be applied to basically any project. I’m really looking forward to improving the process later on this month. Produced by Italian manufacturer Maserati and designed by the legendary master of car design, Giorgetto Giugiaro.
