Here’s a challenge I'm doing: modelling a Smash Bros character each day until Smash Ultimate releases. This project started October 2nd. I probably won’t manage to strictly model one per day but I’m eager to see it through. Anyway, here are the original 12 from Super Smash Bros 64. This is my taking on the original Nintendo characters that debuted in the first entry of the Smash series. They’re all low poly, PBR with a cartoon style. “I choose Paras because he have one of the most complex shapes combined with different parts. This is mostly interesting for tweaking pipeline, all the problems I has were in the intersections. So, all of the problem a gone now and I can move on. Also, no more problems with uv seams, ao and substance painter. Though substance designer only give me 2K texture and sadly dies every time I try to export 4K. Well, 2K will do for now.
