Police have left the area to the protesters, but were still responding to 911 calls there, and seeking to establish dialogue with the protest leaders, the Seattle Times said. Local photographer Kyle Kotajarvi captured the completed mural using a drone before posting the footage on Twitter. Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) is a 62-story Class A high-rise office building owned and occupied by the City of Seattle. The tower is a major component of the City’s downtown civic campus, which also includes the Seattle Justice Center and City Hall.
