The Monastery of St. Aberkios is situated on the seashore a short distance east of the village of Elegmi (modern Kurşunlu) on the Bithynian coast on the Propontis (the Sea of Marmara). Sculpture of standing Buddha, made up of a single huge granite stone. This piece of history is located at swayambhunath temple in Kathmandu.
Built in 10th century, it is one of the oldest sculpture at swayambhu. It is located at the front side of the hill, on the old route to the stupa.
Word “swayambhu” in saskrit means self-manifestation meaning it was not made by human hands, but instead is naturally arisen, or generated by nature. So, people here believe the whole hill rose itself including most of the sculptures inside.
There are today other new routes including the west routes and new staircases to the stupa at the hill but the old route seems to hold important sculptures on the way, some even dating back to 7th/10th century.

This modern building was created with the need for modern building to be set up in Unreal Engine (or any game engine). However, it can easily be used for an Arch Viz scene or animation.
It was built to be versatile, so can be used as a art gallery, office, museum or modern home etc…
Many of the Arch Viz style buildings (free or paid for) you can download online are made with sketchup or Revit, these are excellent tools, but when the models are exported they can be split into hundreds or thousands of pieces which is not always practical for a game engine. And whilst they can be joined together again, I created this modern building that is low poly and easy to set up in a games engine.
