The file size is pretty hefty so source files and textures are all included in a single folder - just be sure to extract zip file into a folder.
Also quick side note, I haven’t been able to find some time to finish the middle bridge (Alexander Hamilton Bridge) so maybe I can update that in the forseeable future.
