Hallucigenia is a genus of Cambrian xenusiids known from articulated fossils in Burgess Shale-type deposits in Canada and China, and from isolated spines around the world. Its quirky name reflects its unusual appearance and eccentric history of study; when it was erected as a genus, the animal was reconstructed upside down and back to front. I made this project on my spare time during 1 week for a challenge organized by Stylized Station.
Modelisation with Blender ( except the Volcano, made with ZBrush / Blender ) and texturing with Substance Painter.
You can see this planet like a secondary level you could have in Super Mario Galaxy, where there’s no monsters or goals but only signs explaining you some facts about the Earth.
