I've been working on props for a fantasy Japanese type game environment and this oni mask and katana is a part of it. The project is called ‘Oni's rest' , I'll upload the mini environment when I make it game ready(absolute torture). I learnt a lot so quality will be improving slowly but surely. there's some engravings on the katana, which are emissive. the one on the butt cap(I searched up katana part names, dont @ me) translates to “end", and the one on the hand guard reads “kishi kaisei" which translates to “wake from death and return to life". attached is a zip file containing the low and high poly mesh with the textures 3D Model is ready to download for free

Hey, hey! This week is a national holiday in Turkey, so I decided to model a Gyokko character from the anime Demon Slayer. I really enjoyed my modeling flow in sculpting, retopology, and texturing. I was aiming for a Warcraft look (as in Frozen Throne, not necessarily WoW) with limited resolution hand painted textures.
Glow FX were originally done as billboard planes, flickering was achieved by randomly rescaling them; the little bat and moving candle flames were animated by shifting UV - as these techniques are currently unavailable on Sketchfab I edited them out and left a static model with no billboard tracking.
