Another project I work on in my final semester in 3D animation and images synthesis. It was inspired by some tabletop games like Descent and Dungeons and Dragons but with a dark fantasy style. I make some textures in substance designer to learn the program and improve my substance skills. This poor adventurer met a terrible fate in this sinister dungeon. After creating the sculpt and low res, I tried to use the colors of the reference, and wasn’t happy with how it looked. I instead used photos of Blizzard’s recent showcase of Kul Tiras in World of Warcraft as a color theme.
