The evolution of the barnacle always confused me, how does the barnacle from Half-Life 1 turn into the one from Half-Life 2, they’re completely different! So I made a combination of all the barnacles and came up with this modern rendition of a classic! It takes reference from both the original Alpha blue model as well as the more modern and updated red model, and I also made a red and blue variation of the creature in homage to the two generations of Panthereyes that were there during the development of Half-Life!
