I started this as a fun little side project that I would work on when taking a break from my primary piece. For this project I wanted to try something new and different. My goal was to get more comfortable making strange shapes in Zbrush and also to become better at hand painting textures. Any tips for me to apply to future models?
This stylized axe was made with a very small amount of polygons to be used in game engines without any problem. Its 1024x1024 texture was hand painted on the substance painter and is mirrored.
If you want change the axe texture, you can edit the photoshop file! There you can separately edit the details, the Ambient occlusion, the color and the black and white painting
