The road which connects Fukushima city, Fukushima prefecture to Yonezawa city, Yamagata prefecture was opened in 1881(明治14年) and named after “Banseitairo Road” by the Emperor Meiji.Futatsugoya Tunnel is one of the two tunnels which are located in Banseitairo Road. It was taken expansion work to motor vehicles can go through in 1934(昭和9年). In 1966(昭和41年), an another tunnel was opened at new place to they can go through if it has heavy snow and Banseitairo Road became the “Abandoned road” after finished its role.

This is another personal project I completed as part of a series of environment pieces I’ve been aiming to interconnect in a game engine. I wanted to focus on modular asset development to prep for larger projects in the future. I also got to try out some excellent terrain brushes that I recently purchased for ZBrush. I went for an aged Lighthouse as it appealed more to my style/sensibilities (clean is boring). Model of an old and somewhat rusty enameled water bowl with 4K PBR-textures built to real-world scale (metric system).
The water bowl is a classic design inspired by the old enameled products of the Kockums brand, especially the yellow series with green edges that were produced from the 1930s to the 1970s. Bowls such as this one could be found in both private houses and hotels, and were among many other things used for cleaning and personal hygiene in places where running water was not readily available.
The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter. The model is UV-mapped and has a single material.
