The inspiration comes from a cake I saw in a French dessert shop. I really love the pinkness, so I wanted to make a pink cake. The set is modeled in Maya, and rendered in Mari. Some textures such as the biscuit at the bottom of the cake and the plate patterns are made in Photoshop. My entry for the Low poly dessert challenge! I decided to go for a cat themed afternoon tea. I created the concept , modelled in Maya and handpainted textures in Photoshop. I really enjoyed making this! Created some music for it for fun , it is just Every body wants to be a cat in waltz time with some cat/cafe SFX over it.
