The Order of the Temple kept it until the end of its existence. In the fourteenth century it was of the Fernández de Luna. The Archbishop of Zaragoza Lope Fernández de Luna had the building built that can be seen today and gave it in his will along with the towns of Tierga, Jarque de Moncayo, Sestrica, Nigüella and Lucena de Jalón to his sister Toda.
