Retro computer demo - This is an animation demo of my new low poly computer model. It was very fun to do ! At first I had some issues with the screen changing (interpolation between frames) but I found a trick: place the second screen on the first one, one frame before it disappear. The first car in a new artstyle that I’ve been concepting. It’s an homage to late 90’s PS1 games, like Gran Turismo.
I used some of the same techniques used by artist back then such as opacity wheels, floating textures etc. although the not necessarily to make a 100% authentic PS1 era model.
