I have made this to match the CGI version with a complete smooth cockpit and extra details around the side blasters. The feet aren’t quite symmetrical, there is a small rectangular detail on the left side but not on the right.
I have deliberately made the landing gear flaps on the chin different from the TV show because the on-screen version doesn’t close air tight. As I saw I thought “this would be nice to be turned into a 3D model. So I started working on it. The funny thing is that as I finished modeling it, I realized that MANY other people had done that before. Many high poly versions of that conceptwere linked to the pincture, but I hadn’t seen them before. Anyway I decided to finish it as I really lik the style. So I really hope you guys like it even if you knew some of the other 3D models based on this concept.
I really enjoyed the process and learn some things.
