This was a very fun piece to make for Revival, I enjoyed designing and thinking about all the details and symbolism in it while also balancing having a sense of the sterotypical reaper imagery while also being distinctly unique from it. There is some information about it in the annotations I encourage you to explore if you’d like. This was made for use in UE4 and as such the textures I have here are not the complete version since I planned to do some things in engine. Who lives here, people ask, maybe a hermit that tired of the noise of a city decided to left everything, or maybe an old lady, whose husband passed away decades ago and now leaves lonely in her cabin, wandering through the wood. Maybe we will never know. There is a bike, right there next to the tree, but it have not been moved in ages, and the cup over that table seems to be fairly old. The tiny blue birds have built homes around the thick leaves hanging from the house´s roof, and the woodhouse is almost empty. Is it someone even living here?
