I swallowed a good chunk of the Discworld series, starting with Tiffany. Since then I've carried in my own mind an image of granny's shepherd hut as it existed in Tiffany's head, and the hat, and witch herself. This started as anatomy sketch to practice bulkier build and soon after creating this strong sturdy torso I said to myself, hey this would fit as an orc body so i added this “tough guy” looking head. The goal was to create a cohesive design and character that looks proportionate in the amount of muscle definition, fat percentage, muscle size and stylization
