This building is located in Tbilisi at the top of the Digomi Hills. It used to be a water tank, but in the late 1980s the tank was remodeled and there were plans to open an archaeology museum in it. Unfortunately, the museum was never opened. The building has stood empty and semi-abandoned ever since.

CAT: Es tracta d’una llàntia, decorada amb volutes, que conté la representació mitològica del déu Cupido en baix relleu. Al centre de l’escena hi ha la figura infantil de Cupido, nuu i alat, observant una llebre ajupida entre les fulles d’una vinya carregada de raïm.
Les llànties, lucernae en llatí, eren utensilis fets de pedra, terracota o fins i tot metall que en època romana servien per il·luminar de manera artificial les estances de les llars. La llum era originada a partir d’una metxa o metxes que, en encendre’s, cremaven lentament gràcies a la càrrega d’oli d’oliva que hi havia a l’interior de la llàntia.

Wes Archaeology’s Studio Team scanned Phil Harding using an Artec Eva SLS system. The scan is part of the Salisbury Hidden Figures project that will see life-size 3D prints displayed within the city. Phil was assembled from four scanned parts: his head, body, left arm and pot. These were then reassembled and cleaned up. Stern Of SS Rifle 3D Model.

This is all that remains of SS Rifle, one of the earliest surviving examples of a small pre-fabricated screw steamer in the British Isles. Rifle was purchased by the Locheil Estate in the 1860s for use on Loch Arkaig, ferrying goods, passengers and mail between the isolated dwellings around the loch.
As well as being a practical vessel, Rifle was also used for pleasure, often carrying shooting parties.
The boat was laid-up in the 1930s, and whilst being scrapped, sank and lay buried until removed by the army after becoming a hazard to wartime vessels working from the pier. Rifle was blasted away from the pier, losing the bow in the process.
Despite being submerged for over half a century, it was raised in 1990. Although in a very fragile condition, Rifle’s propeller is a well-preserved example of an early design.
The model was created as a part of ‘Scanning The Horizon’ 3D digitisation project.

Olive Jar Rim #BAH1993-1474. Spanish colonial era ships frequently carried amphora-like earthenware jugs called “olive jars” (botijas in Spanish) to hold wine, oil, & vinegar. These egg-shaped jars were roughly 50 centimeters tall by 30-40 cm in diameter. The St. Johns Wreck, believed to be that of the 1564 galleon Santa Clara, carried at least 130 olive jars; most broke when the ship wrecked – we only know the number by tallying the surviving rims. This rim has an outside diameter of 9.2 cm, and stands 4 cm tall.
