“Am I Truly the Last?“ When I was a child, I have seen 1hour of this movie and I looked for the rest all through my teens. Now, I know the last 30minutes of this masterpiece and the #StorybookChallenge was the opportunity to make a 3D piece in memory of my childhood. The movie was based on a original story of the same name, so I decided to make this scene in a book with an aspect 2D to 3D because of the traditional animation found throughout the movie. Thanks to my friend @Vailys for her tips and my boyfriend @Kalomnia for his advices during the process ! Artwork based on The Last Unicorn movie by Arthur Rankin, Jr. and Jules Bass, 1982 and the original story by Peter S. Beagle, 1968. During the process I used Zbrush for the blocking, 3Ds max for the UVs and some of the modeling, Substance Painter for baking and first texture pass, 3D coat for retopo and final texture painting and Photoshop for final texture polish.
