Basic armor made for a side project, the armor is to be semi-modular, additional armor elements can be replaced with another of the same type of armor, for example: Shoulders, Bracers, greaves, a breastplate can be replaced with parts from another armor set of the same type . that’s why I decided to make several texture sets. This model has been made in Zbrush with textures added in Substance Painter. The model is based on a find at Broughton Roman villa during a Time Team excavation. The find was very corroded as you would expect and I wondered what it might have looked like when in use. I have used images of other similar coins for reference and created this model showing how it might have looked - with perhaps a bit of wear.
