This is a collection of destressed furniture gathered from various scenes featured on my Sketchfab portfolio. Each model has been modelled with a PBR workflow focussing on game engine optimisations. You will see texture resolution variations, these are there as each model lives in a different environment and so have been created to suit their own purpose. But these are all fully UV unwrapped so new textures can be created easily. Another shell of a building. This time I added a garden plot with a sign and bushes. The bushes aren’t really optimized at all so they add about 100k verts, but with the way I built the plot it looks empty without some vegetation there. So, you’ve been warned.

This model is a 1:1 replication of the original. All dimensions, angles, and curves are the same as the real life counterpart. The shoe is subdivision ready with a base polycount of 56,640 polys per shoe. The mesh uses four texture sets, all at 4096x4096 resolution, with the following maps in use: Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Normal. The base color map contains the transparency information.
There is an optimized, One Mesh version which has a lower polycount, 25,872 polys per shoe. This was achieved by removing small stitches and smoothing out the sole of the shoe
