Retro-3D Modular PDA 3D Model.
Download Retro-3D Modular PDA in various files formats such as Wavefront Object format, Autodesk FBX, DirectX 9.0, Stereo Lithography and HTML5 JSON format.
An example of a PDA-type unit used by, in this case, a worker repairing and investigating a damaged section of a city on Ganymede after Terran orbital bombardment.
These PDAs are ultimately controled by the central unit, which houses the basic authentication module, a small battery, a reasonably powerful processing unit, and a few displays (most of which can be swapped). It has 3 expansion ports.
In this example, the bottom port is taken up by an user-interface module, featuring a variant of a chording keyboard, as well as a joystick.
The top port is taken up a screen, which also contains addtional RAM modules and a bigger battery.
The side port is connected to a stiff ribon cable which is connected to a radiation meter, which is important, as the nuclear bombardment of Ganymede left a large number of sections of the cities dangerously irratiated.
The screen, interface, and radiation meter all have their own (currently unused) interface ports, for daisy chaining expandability 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 12394 polygons.
