This Revolver was created to fit within a hypothetical game based in the Assassins Creed universe which takes place in Victorian London. The model has 3 levels of detail, with limitations of 5,000 polys, 2,500 polys and 800 polys. The texture maps for this model were limited to 2048 x 2048 px. A victorian era fruit plate from my victorian still life.
It was done in Blender, Substance Designer, Substance Painter and 3D Coat.
To create the engravings on the plate, I modeled and rendered the shapes in Blender as a height map and used them as a brush in sculpt mode with radial symmetry in Blender and as an alpha with radial symmetry in Substance Painter.
The translucency material for the grapes was a little tricky in realtime render engines and since I didn’t like the SSS result in Sketchfab, I used refractive opacity to fake the translucency 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 29182 polygons.

This is one of those projects in mind long time ago wich finally sees the light. But at last, my beloved Pirate is done.
I really love pirate´s stories since I was a kid. Reading a lot about that piece of history, I learned that sometimes is more interesting the real version than the romantic side of it.
In this case, my inspiration waved between the fictional character Sophia of A Plage Tale Requiem, (and her absolutely amazing dismissed concept arts) and the impressive Grace O’Malley (a fiery red headed Irish woman born in Ireland in 1530) who was known as a pirate and a trader that even got to meet Queen Elizabeth I.
Of course, Mary Reed, Anne Bonny, Elaine Marley and Felicia Moreno were also very important for the creative process <3
