They were armed with four laser cannons mounted in pairs on either side of its body. Scorpenek droids were equipped with a nearly impervious deflector shield that enveloped it completely, protecting the droid from virtually all conventional weaponry.
This droids appears in episode 7 of The Book of Boba Fett. Boba Fett and Din Jarin(The Mandalorian) confronted two droids on Tatooine. Thanks to Grogu and Rancor, both hostile droids were destroyed.
