Scanned today in Dallas, TX. Used a butt-ton of images, processed using RealityCapture and simple geometry cleanup in Blender. I’m really aggrivated that the texture seams are so obvious and jarring, I assume that has to do with sketchfab downsampling the original, maybe? I’m not going to redo the UV’s. I took a lot of inspiration from the modeling and texturing techniques of games like Fortnite, Overwatch and other stylized game.
I’d say stylized is not my strength, but I wanted to try it!
I also managed to rig it and try animating for the first time to give it some spice!
I’m very happy with how it came out at the end, knowing I can constantly improve on essential aspects such as texturing and modeling.
