Hän oli ensimmäinen Oopperan baletin tanssija, joka sai prima ballerina assoluta arvon. Nifontova kiersi ahkerasti kiertueilla ympäri Suomea esiintymässä monipuolisella tanssinumeroiden repertuaarilla.
