The animations were inspired in the moveset of straightswords in Dark Soul.
Back when I made this, i’ve never tried Low poly 3D as a style, and aesthetics wise.
Since then I realized that low poly its such a great resource for a guy like me, who’s trying to learn everything by itself to use it in it’s own project so then can be made in lesser time than when using the “next-gen” aproach for creating 3d graphics. A concept that occured to me real suddenly one day, that i could vaguely see in my mind and I fleshed out as I went along while trying to preserve spider, bird and harpy traits or something. Thats where “weaver” came from, to refer to the weaving of webs. But if I knew vfx and stuff alike i wouldve iuncluded some kind of web shooting animation. Also found out sometime aftwerwards that a weaver is also a real bird, but not too resembling in my opionion.
