These streets look a little different at night, don’t they? After a bit of a 3D art break (outside my work work stuff) I wanted to jump back in with a little warmup. I discovered @mellifics and fell in love with her whimsical, almost mysterious style. After reaching out, she was kind enough to allow me to work off her concept. Idea was to make tad smaller ent that would act like imp in forest but would not be so weak as most of folklore show them, something similar to some of Japanse Oni demons.

This is a church built somewhere around year 1100. The building material is sand stone and wood. The church has been built on top of 1,5 meters of previous “cultural building remains”
Through annual ring dating on wooden beams over the nave, it has been found that these trees were felled in 1136. The church is built in Romanesque style with the tower to the west.
(Notation 1 on the model) An inscription engraved above the entrance on the west side states that “Othelrik me fecit”, which means: Othelric has made me. This architect and stonemason is believed to have come from northern Germany and was one of the foremost of the 12th century in Västgötland.
