The project was developed by the Leningrad State Design Institute №5 in the early 80s under the direction of B.E. Sandler for LNPO Krasnaya Zarya. In view of the presence of weak soils at the construction site, the type of foundation was of particular importance. Weight and wind load are transferred to the ground through a box-section foundation supported by 700 piles. The core of the building is the shafts of six elevators, and the structure itself is a reinforced concrete frame with external panels. The low-rise wings of the building are assembled from reinforced concrete columns and beams. The outer walls are finished with expanded clay concrete panels, into which the finishing material, Saarema dolomite, has already been installed at the factory. Hello,
this is reworked model of my old Mosin Nagant with PU Scope (my original model can be found on the Nexus as a mod for Fallout:NV).
I made several changes, added some details (slings, changed the receiver from hex to round, I still think that the hexagonal receiver looks better, but there were no hexagonal PU snipers. I actually made PE scope, so I might do hex PE sniper one day), which increased the polycount by more than 50%, but it is still more than reasonable. And of course this one is PBR.
Main Gun has 2048px texture, scope has 1024px texture.

The FBX comes with a seamless loop of the bronze ring and the little obsidian sphere both rotating around the big one which is rotating too. I named this object a magic gyroscope as the overall artefact reminds the design of those objects yet the movements are made to remind those of stars and planets.
Both spheres are pierced on top and bottom so the model only uses 4 sides polygons.
I think the object would fit nicely into a fantastic story, as lore or decoration.
