The B1 Battle Droid was created in the Baktoid factories to serve as the body of the Seperatist army. The low cost allowed them to be numerous on the battlefield and swarm their enemy. This also meant that they were badly programmed and prone to destruction. Yet seeing an army of those cold deadly machines on approach, made many shiver in fear. This Diorama is created with Blender and Substance Painter. High res models were created and baked down onto lower resolution to be usable in game. High detail textures really put the finish on these machines. The Staples Center (stairs in front of the Convention Center) is a very famous skate spot.
I spent a good amount of time in Google Earth, and used screenshots from there to make a texture-atlas for the buidings, to make sure things looked right.
Project was modelled and textured in Blender. A couple of the street-costruction props(.fbx) were imprted and placed around, other than that everything was modelled and textured myself.
