I usually never do fan art, but this one was an exception. I think the look and feel of Barotrauma is great, and it's amazing how the team has captured the atmosphere of underwater horror. It's something that has excited me for a long time, and I would very much like to do a VR horror game set in the bottom of a deep sea. Since YuGiOh MasterDuel was released I instantly fell back in love with the cardgame I grew up with 😍 At first it was hard to catch up with the fastpaced playstyle nowadays, but its still a blast - no better way to pay Tribute than recreating the bossmonster of the deck I’m currently using ✌
The modelling was a very good practice for situations, where the references aren’t necesserily angled perfectly. This way, you definitely have to look at your model from all different angles all the time. But the project definitely deepened my love for creating Anime-Like / NPR Models iand give them my own touch.
