I’ve been watching these mushrooms grow in a little patch of forest near my house and the #AgisoftNatureChallenge provided a good incentive to see how well they’d scan. I was a bit surprised at how some of the details like the ant colony entrance turned out. All in all, it was a good experience trying to capture something that I might not have attempted otherwise.
Model made from 132 12MB images taken with a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and processed in Metashape using “High” quality settings.

The electrodes were filled with an inert gas, usually neon or argon. In operation, the gas shone violet, blue, or pink. The user massaged the skin with the electrode, causing a flow of high frequency alternating current through the body. When the electrode was held close to the skin the patient felt tingling, and when in contact with the skin - warmth. Electrotherapy devices were very popular in the 1920s and 1930s. They were used in clinics, by doctors, natural therapists, and regular people.
