I originally created this modular building pack for use in Second Life using a single 1024 trim sheet. I wanted to see how far I could take the trim sheet with regards to adding more assets then originally planned and continued to build it out into this diorama. All of the assets in the scene, with the exception of the rain effects, use a single 1024 UV space, including the holograms, which have their scanline effect by making use of uv stretching and the opacity of the trim sheet map. This project really helped to teach me how to loosen up when painting as well as how to choose good colours. I tried to stay as close as possible to the original concept, but I did deviate when I found interesting shapes during the painting process and wanted to keep them.
